Just one more thing...
Thank you to whomever took note and removed the duvet and mattress, previously dumped in the rear car park. Just the dustbin to go, which I can see has scrap value but the bin men won't take it unfortunately.

Dumping Rubbish
Again inappropriate waste has been discarded near the bins at the end of the car park. Please note that large items will not be collected with the regular waste collection. Leaving those in the bin area will only attract more fly tipping, will provide nesting for rodents, increase the outgoings of all leaseholders, and make the garden unsightly. If you are unsure of how to dispose of larger items please look under this part of the website: https://www.heppleclose.net/useful-

Friday 12th December am
Message from the ADC team. Good afternoon, all, and firstly apologies for the late notice, we have a large piece of plant arriving at 7am tomorrow (Mobile Crane) – due to its size the cab of the lorry will block part of the pavement near gate 1 effecting residents from Hepple Close. We will have traffic marshals on the pathway ensuring that pedestrians can pass safely and cars will not be impacted. If this could be communicated to other residents, I would be really grateful.

We plan to start enforcing parking again in Hepple Close from 1st January this time using a company called PESS. Each flat should be issued at least 1 permit for their allocated space and 1 visitors permit. If you are a tenant please liaise with your landlord to obtain these. If you are a landlord and have not received your new permits yet then please contact flat 24.

Interim Property Manager
All, Just so you are aware, Finley Barnes has now left KFH, thus is no longer our property manager. His manager will be covering for him until a new replacement is brought in later this month. Issues and queries should still be directed to KFH in the same way.

Parking permits
A response from KFH today is that they received the new permits but there was a typo and alas a problem; they said “Happle” instead of “Hepple.” Corrected versions have been requested and will share an ETA asap. Apologies for this further delay.

Acceptable litter/recycling
I noticed an old dustbin left by the recycling facilities the other day. Maybe the council have already removed it (I did not check today) but just a reminder to you all that large items are generally not collected unless by special arrangement. Details about larger items being collected can be found on this site at the following links: https://www.heppleclose.net/facilities https://www.heppleclose.net/useful-contact
