Change in access through hospital
Dear Resident, We would like to inform you of a minor change to the access pathway at the rear of West Middlesex Hospital, taking place to support ongoing DTEC works on site. From Monday 18 May, the entrance to the pathway will be relocated slightly closer to Gate 1 (please see map below). This new route, marked by the green stripe, will provide a shorter and more direct way to access the hospital. We want to reassure you that this change will not have any negative impact o

Car Park
As we turn the corner into spring the weather will hopefully improve and so we intend to make good on promises to re-mark/paint the car park lines clearly. We have the paint, we have the machine and we have the stencils. It would be really good if any of you would volunteer to help out - there is a fair amount of work that needs doing - none of it particularly glamorous but it would be nice if some of you would volunteer to help in the coming days and weeks. Hepple Close pedestrian crossing
Following earlier feedback from residents on the matter of a pedestrian crossing between the new ADC building to the hospital car park, across Hepple Close I am pleased to say that the Trust is no longer pursuing an option to install patient parking spaces in the Hepple Close staff car park and thus there will be no crossing.

Parking permits
You were recently issued with parking permits which need to be displayed when parked in your parking space at Hepple Close. Please note that the permits have a silver stamp at the bottom of the permit which the traffic wardens scan when visiting the site. The stamp is a security feature to prevent anyone making a fake permit. Flats 13-24 Communal Television System
Hello, If you are like me and too tight to pay for Sky TV or netflix then you might like to watch good old fashioned terrestrial TV. What better way to get value for your hard earned £ than from your TV licence where constant repeats of Dad's Army, Allo Allo and Porridge are ready to delight. Ah the good old days! Sadly, there is a problem with the communal television system serving flats 13-24 and it is broken. A fault has been reported to the property management team (KFH/

Rat Blitz and food waste
Following visits from the gardeners, drainage experts and the pest control teams increased efforts will be made to ensure we eliminate rats in the estate. This in part may mean some bushes close to the blocks are cut back further or removed altogether. Also please be mindful when disposing of fats and so on through the kitchen sinks. If there are any concerns or issues then feel free to comment in the forum.

Drains, Pest Control Visit 12/02
FYI - I accompanied the pest control team around the estate today and identified several sources of concern, some reported by residents (thank you). I will ask KFH(Altus) to try to liase with the drain cleaning company, gardeners and the pest control company which are all involved in keeping the place rodent free. There was a completely blocked drain behind one of the blocks (disgustingly so) and if there are other drain related concerns then please let me know so I can direc
