Grounds & Communal Areas
Hepple Close is set within a conservation area and within the estate there are green spaces available for us all to enjoy.
Drying Rooms
Each communal stairwell contains 2 drying rooms. These are for the benefit of all residents within that block and provide an indoor space to dry and air laundry.
Clothes airers are also located at points throughout the grounds.

Parking
Each of the 48 private dwellings has an allocated private parking space. There is also ample visitor parking space towards the entrance and at the rear of the estate.
Parking permits and spaces spaces are supposed to be issued and managed on our behalf by UKPC. As at 15/09/25 we eagerly await an update from KFH on this.

Refuse
For every 6 dwellings there is a refuse cupboard.
Bins are currently collected by Hounslow Council on Mondays.
Large items of waste (bikes, mattresses, washing machines etc) are not collected by the council although arrangements can be made at cost to the disposer.
Recycling facilities are available at the rear of Hepple Close.

Recycling
Common items such as cardboard, paper, glass cans and plastic should be placed into the recycling bins for collection and processing by Hounslow Council.
Health and Safety
Health and Safety is important for all residents and visitors at Hepple Close and we all have a part to play in making it a safe place for all.
Cleaning
Blocks and the grounds should be cleaned at least once a week by a private contractor.
