Please find below details relating to the rebranding of KFH to Altus and important information relating to contact information.
Subject: Altus PM - Operational Update – April 2026
We are writing to share several operational updates, including new contact details and some changes to our
communications and payment administration. These updates are designed to make it easier for you to contact us,
improve the consistency of our communications, and support improvements to our systems and customer experience
over the coming months.
Letterhead
You will notice our correspondence is now issued on a new letterhead. This is a branding and consistency change only
and does not affect your day-to-day property management service.
Property Management Team
Please be assured that there is no change to your Property Management Team or Management Team. Your usual
points of contact remain in place, and the day-to-day management of your building continues as normal.
Email Addresses
The format of our email addresses has now been changed from “@kfh.co.uk” to “’@altus-pm.com”. With immediate
effect, please use the “’@altus-pm.com” email addresses format.
If you have existing email chains with us on our “@kfh.co.uk” format you can continue them as normal as emails are
currently being forwarded for the next month. We will then respond from our Altus PM email, which should result in
a seamless transition. However, for new queries we ask that you use the new “’@altus-pm.com” format to help us
respond efficiently.
If you have any queries about our new email addresses, please contact your Property Manager.
New telephone number
Our new telephone number is: 0333 015 2843.
Office Hours
Our office hours are:
• Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm
• Friday 9am-5pm
We are not open on bank holidays.
Out of Office Hours – Emergency Contact
Outside of office hours and on bank holidays, our out-of-hours emergency contact number is 0333 015 2843. Please
press option 1 to be redirected to our 24/7 partner.
The out-of-hours service should only be used for genuine building emergencies outside normal office hours - for
example, significant water leaks, loss of power to communal areas, lift entrapment, fire alarm system issues, or urgent
security incidents. For any immediate risk to life or property, please contact the emergency services first.
