We are writing to update you on the Thames Water works linked to the Ambulatory Diagnostic Centre (ADC) development at West Middlesex University Hospital. 

Due to delays in permit approvals from Hounslow Highways, the works originally planned for early February have been postponed. We are now aiming to carry them out between 10 February and 13 February 2026. Please note that these dates remain provisional, as permit approvals are managed by external authorities. 

We understand this may be inconvenient, and we want to reassure you that we are working closely with Thames Water and Hounslow Highways to progress approvals and confirm the schedule as soon as possible. We will update residents immediately if anything changes.
