Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward have been property managers at Hepple Close for many years and are usually your first point of contact for buildings maintenance, service charge enquiries, grounds issues(including parking) and lease enquiries.

Parking - PESS

PESS have been appointed by KFH to manage and enforce parking in Hepple Close as of December 2025.

Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward are the primary conduit to reach Gistelesworde Management Company which is made up of are volunteer directors that manage Hepple Close in the interests of leaseholders and residents.
