Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward have been property managers at Hepple Close for many years and are usually your first point of contact for buildings maintenance, service charge enquiries, grounds issues(including parking) and lease enquiries.

Our interim  Property Manager is Lyndsey Brown, who took over from Finley Barnes in November 2025.  We expect a new Property Manager to be in place by the end of November 2025.
