Good morning , all, following on from the wattapp message sent yesterday.
We would like to talk to you about some upcoming works planning to start on the 20th July from our site, these are the start of the landscaping and removal of the hoarding works. We are seeking approval to encroach onto your footpath for the works.
The works will require the footpath to be reduced to a minimum width of 1 metre for approximately 4 weeks. In addition, during the first week, a HIAB from our subcontractor will be on site for 3 days to lift and remove the concrete blocks supporting the hoarding panels.
Throughout this operation, traffic marshals will be in place to safely manage pedestrians and vehicles when required.
We will undertake a letter drop this week to ensure all residents are informed.
