Change of KFH Property Manager
I am writing to let you know that there is going to be a change in the team managing Hepple Close.
Your new Senior Property Manager is Ivica Pendaroski and he has now completed his handover. This will also mean that your Assistant Property Manager will now be Tasharn Wright-Jones, as he assists Ivica. The details for the team are outlined below: -

Out of Hours Emergencies
In the event of an out of office hours building related emergency, your ‘Out of Hours’ 24/7 emergency contact number is 020 3542 0221
This number operates outside of normal working hours during the week and all weekends/bank holidays. If you receive an answer message, please leave your name, address, and contact telephone number and you will receive a call back within a few minutes. At all other times please contact us at our office on the numbers provided above.
For the avoidance of doubt, an emergency is a situation which, without immediate action, will result in a serious risk to the building or its occupants. Any non-emergency reports will be dealt with during normal office hours (Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, Friday 9am to 5pm).
