Again inappropriate waste has been discarded near the bins at the end of the car park.

Please note that large items will not be collected with the regular waste collection. Leaving those in the bin area will only attract more fly tipping, will provide nesting for rodents, increase the outgoings of all leaseholders, and make the garden unsightly.

For those of you who have the flats let out, would you be so kind to convey the message to your tenants and agents, and please check the inventory reports to make sure large items are not discarded by your tenants.
