Just a quick note to advise PESS have posted the permits and, they should be received early next week. KFH will then arrange for these to be sent to all leaseholders.

 

You may notice new signage installed around the estate.

Interim Property Manager

All, Just so you are aware, Finley Barnes has now left KFH, thus is no longer our property manager. His manager will be covering for him until a new replacement is brought in later this month. Issue

A response from KFH today is that they received the new permits but there was a typo and alas a problem; they said “Happle” instead of “Hepple.” Corrected versions have been requested and will share a
